Give yourself the opportunity and space to enjoy three treats a day, that make you spontaneously smile.

Some treats I like are:

  • an iced coffee
  • looking at waves
  • looking at the sky
  • feeling the breeze
  • feeling the sunshine
  • a satisfying meal
  • a satisfying sweet
  • listening to music
  • pleasant company
  • squatting a reasonable weight
  • children being children
  • reading
  • heartwarming scenes on TV
  • anything that makes me go aw

But everyone deserve treats, custom to them.

Go off and treat yourself!
