2 min bedtime routine

made a few updates to my bedtime routine lately:

  • I wanted to start journaling again, so I started journaling for at least 2 mins before bed each day on Bear.
  • I wanted to be on top of my personal todos, so also spend 2 mins in Todoist organizing my tasks a bit.
  • Also somewhat back on my skincare game. Some guy online said you’re supposed to leave your cleanser on for a minute before washing it off and I’ve been seeing a heck of a difference

Writing this when I’m dead tired in a hotel room in Roanoke Virginia but I’m glad I did
