i had a session with my therapist and was talking about a day where i was in a bit of a funk and she asked if i could have meditated during it.
i really could have... but for some reaosn in that space i resist it.
but no longer. when my mind is agitated, that's a great time to meditate. i want to be meditating more at random times of day, even if it's just 3 minutes.
