lillördag - “little Saturday"

Try this Swedish trick called 'lillördag', or “little Saturday." It's a concept where on a Wednesday, you let yourself enjoy the time after work as if it was the weekend. It can be a small pause but a big relief just when the week starts to feel a little taxing.


I'm going to try to schedule no productive activities for Wednesday. I'm working out M/T/Th/Fr, so I already don't have a workout on that day 💪
