found this fiction writing bootcamp:
i did the first two lessons, which had simple, fun exercises to start you into creative writing. the first exercise was to brainstorm a list of names, and the second exercise was to brainstorm a list of words you like and don't like.
these were a great choice of exercises from an "atomic habits" perspective - you want to start with really small habits that are really doable. e.g. if you want to develop a flossing habit, first floss one tooth.
it was also so fun!!! it reminded me i really like brainstorming / being creative when there's no judgment. some memories come to mind: i've spent hours coming up with random things before like crass meditation jokes, baby names, newsletter names.
i like being creative. i want to connect more with that.
